This corner house offers a large living area furnished with a sofa and armchairs facing the flat-screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is perfectly equipped for preparing your meals and refreshments, as well as for snacks at any time around its cosy bar. The dining room for 8 guests is located in the wing of the house, and opens onto a terrace shaded by canisse. Just behind, a first ground-floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom and queen-size bed welcomes two guests on the same level.
With its Provencal charm, the living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The large terrace at the front of the Gigi house features a large dining table for eight guests and a comfortable outdoor lounge with soft cushions for admiring the sunsets behind the Gassin hills. The Gigi vacation house has three bedrooms on the first level, in addition to the bedroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has a queen-size bed and a spectacular view of the Golf de Gassin, as does the second bedroom. A third bedroom with two single beds completes the sleeping area of this property. An italian shower is available in these last two bedrooms.

For each confirmed reservation, a deposit of 30% of the rent must be paid by the customer, within a maximum of 3 working days following the Agency’s request for payment. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the rental start date.
At the time of booking, a deposit may be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
