Built on three levels, the rental house opens onto a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living room. The dining room table seats 6, and the armchairs and sofas invite you to relax in comfort. The living space opens out through a large bay window onto the house’s terraces; on one side, adorned by a magnificent wisteria, the large shaded outdoor table is the ideal place to gather around a good meal.
On the other hand, the covered terrace with its sofa invites you to enjoy the splendor of nature while benefiting from the Mediterranean trade winds. The 1st level of the house comprises 3 bedrooms, including an en suite bathroom and a shower room.
The master bedroom, with its queen-size bed, and the adjoining bedroom, with its two single beds, open onto a magnificent green terrace. A delightful place to enjoy breakfast while admiring the swings on hole 2.

For each confirmed reservation, a deposit of 30% of the rent must be paid by the customer, within a maximum of 3 working days following the Agency’s request for payment. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the rental start date.
At the time of booking, a deposit may be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
