For each confirmed booking, the customer must pay a deposit of 30% of the rental amount within a maximum of 3 working days of the Agency’s request for payment. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 2 months before the start date of the rental period.
At the time of booking, a deposit may be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
